By visiting our site or purchasing a “Masterpiece” from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. The Nature of Handmade Art

Our products are hand-forged by Maâlems in Morocco.

  • Variations: Because each piece is a unique creation, minor variations in dimensions, patina, and hammer marks are not considered defects but are hallmarks of authentic artisan craftsmanship.
  • Masterpiece Guarantee: While we strive for perfection, the buyer acknowledges that handmade brass work possesses a “soul” that mass-produced items lack.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. For our UK Buyers, you are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct to avoid customs delays.

4. International Shipping & Customs (DDU Terms)

  • Import Responsibilities: For orders shipped to the UK and other international destinations, the buyer is the “Importer of Record.”
  • Fees: You acknowledge that orders over £135 (UK) or relevant local thresholds may be subject to Import VAT and Customs Duties. These are statutory government fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refusal of Package: If a buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the item is returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any potential refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is governed by our Masterpiece Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 30 days to return an item to either our Wyoming, USA hub or our Marrakech forge.

  • Exclusions: Custom-sized or bespoke orders are final sale once the forge process has begun.
  • Restocking: As a commitment to our craft, we charge Zero Restocking Fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tajines LLC (Blethering Crafts) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or replacement costs, arising from your use of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that plumbing fixtures are installed by a licensed professional to meet local building codes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Tajines LLC is registered.
