We don’t have a warehouse; we have a forge. Each piece is inspected and hand-polished by our Maâlems before it leaves Marrakech.

  • Standard Items: Ready for their journey in 1–2 business days.
  • Bespoke & Custom Orders: Please allow 7–14 business days for our artisans to breathe life into your custom dimensions.

2. Our “White-Glove” Delivery Partners

We exclusively use DHL Express and FedEx Priority. Your Masterpiece travels in a climate-controlled, secure environment with real-time GPS tracking.

  • USA: 4–7 Business Days.
  • UK: 3–7 Business Days.
  • Europe: 4–8 Business Days.
  • Rest of World: 7–12 Business Days.

3. The “No-Surprise” Guarantee (USA & UK)

We believe in transparency. For our Western clients, we have simplified the complex world of international trade:

  • USA Orders: We handle the paperwork. While U.S. Customs may occasionally hold luxury metalwork for 3–5 days for security protocols, we manage the communication so you don’t have to.
  • UK Orders (£135+): To keep our prices competitive, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for high-value items. You will receive a simple SMS from DHL to settle the statutory VAT—ensuring your Masterpiece enters the country legally and safely.

4. Arrival Peace of Mind

Every shipment is 100% Insured. If the rigors of travel cause even a minor scratch to your brass, we don’t just “fix” it—we replace the entire piece at zero cost to you. Your satisfaction is the only metric that matters at the forge.
