We believe every brass piece should bring light to your home. If it isn’t the perfect fit, we’ve made the return process as flexible and transparent as possible.
30-Day Open Window
You have 30 days from the day of delivery to decide if your piece is home. We want you to be 100% confident in your investment.
Your Return, Your Way
We want you to feel in control. You may return your item using any shipping carrier you trust (DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, USPS, etc.).
- Unlike other luxury brands, we do not charge “restocking” or “inspection” fees. We believe in the work of our hands. Every item you receive has been hand-forged, hammered, and polished by a Master Maâlem in Marrakech. This is a labor of love and 800 years of Moroccan heritage.
- Because of this intense human effort and our rigorous 5-point quality inspection, our return rate is less than 1% (1/100). This is significantly lower than mass-market platforms like Amazon or eBay, and even lower than most major brass brands. We don’t just ship products; we ship “Masterpieces” that are built to stay in your home forever.
- However, if you do choose to return it, we return 100% of your purchase price to you. We trust our craft, and we trust our customers.
- Shipping Costs: As an artisan workshop, we ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs.

The Conditions
- Items must be in their original, uninstalled, and “new” condition.
- Please use a tracked and insured service; we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during their return journey.
- Once received and inspected at your chosen hub, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
