1. 5-Year Structural Integrity Guarantee

We warrant that your Masterpiece will be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This covers:

  • Cracks or structural failures in the brass body.
  • Soldering or joint failures.
  • Structural integrity of the mounting components.

2. The Living Finish (Natural Patina)

Our brass is authentic and “alive.”

  • What is covered: Any unnatural peeling or flaking of the finish within the first year.
  • What is not covered: Brass naturally oxidizes and develops a “patina” over time, especially in coastal or humid environments (like the UK). This darkening and aging is a hallmark of high-end brass and is not considered a defect.

3. Mechanical Components

For items with moving parts (faucets, valves, or mixers), we provide a 2-Year Warranty on the internal ceramic cartridges and valves. These parts are sourced to meet international plumbing standards and are easily replaceable.

4. How to Claim Your Warranty

5. Resolution

If a defect is confirmed, Tajines LLC will, at our discretion:

  1. Ship a replacement part or component free of charge.
  2. Provide a brand-new replacement of the entire Masterpiece.
  3. Provide a professional repair credit if a local artisan can fix the issue.

6. Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or “hard water” buildup.
  • Damage caused by abrasive chemical cleaners (always use mild soap and water).
  • Labor costs for installation or removal.
  • Items purchased as “Sample Sale” or “As-Is.”
